Manchester United coach Sir, Alex Ferguson, a French wine lover, would most certainly enjoy this really well done Ventoux, but do not be misled by thinking about Manchester United Red Devils. As Christian Rogier (the winemaker) explains "Red stands for the red fruits and Devil for the fuller aromas". Indeed this dark red demonstrates intense aromas of red fruits you can also find hint of peaches from the vineyard. Powerful and aromatic concentrations with dense tannins which are predominate on the palette. Ready to drink or kept for two to three years this wine is the perfect match to a traditional Sunday roast beef meal.
